Manufacturing Engineer (New Factory Installation)

£45,000 - £50,000 + 25 Days Holiday + 4% Pension + Flexitime + Company Benefits

Northampton, Northamptonshire

Are you a Manufacturing Engineer looking for an exciting, one-of-a-kind challenge, where you will be responsible for setting up production lines in a new factory and overseeing a range of CAPEX projects within a renowned manufacturer?

Are you looking for a diverse role offering a new challenge every day, plenty of autonomy and responsibility, and to have a major say in implementing continuous improvement across the site?

In this role you will be developing new manufacturing systems, procedures, and equipment, overseeing CAPEX installation projects from cradle to grave. You will be handling budgets, timescales, and safety, working in a team of 7 engineers, with the focus on moving to a new production facility next year.

This design and manufacturing company produce components for the automotive, construction, agriculture, and materials handling sectors, distributing globally. Founded over 50 years ago they boast a turnover of more than £50 million and have plans to move to a new facility next year.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in improving processes, setting up production lines, and streamlining manufacturing procedures looking to make their mark within a company that will recognise them for their efforts.
