Role Definition :
Administrative support for general accounting activities and operational functions
Responsibilities :
1. Matching of invoices with purchase orders
2. Enter Job Cost transactions
3. Data entry of accounts payable invoices into accounting system
4. Assist with tax and regulatory conformance submittal and licensing
5. Maintain audit records and order file copies of all accounting transactions and other critical records
6. Input and maintain inventory transactions (as required)
7. Set up and maintain new vendors and obtain vendor W-9’s
8. Complete vendor credit applications
9. Review and process weekly expense reports

6. Ability to focus while completing high volume data entry
Minimum Qualifications :
1. 0 5 years experience in Accounting or High School diploma required
2. Experience in office coordination and administration support preferred
3. Competent in office software applications including MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
