Job description

UF Health Central Florida

UF Health Central Florida is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), to join our growing Orthopedic Spine practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a leading spine surgery team in both clinic and hospital settings.

What Youll Do

  • Evaluate and manage patients with spine and orthopedic conditions
  • First assist in the operating room for spine surgeries
  • Conduct pre- and post-op visits, consultations, and inpatient rounding
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with surgeons and the care team to deliver excellent patient outcomes

What Were Looking For

  • Licensed NP or PA in Florida (or eligible)
  • Graduate of an accredited NP / PA program; national certification required
  • Orthopedic or surgical experience preferred (new grads welcome)
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
