Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise staff of 3-5 personnel. Provide direction for daily task completion and planning for future events
Education and / or Experience
A high school education or equivalent is required. A 2 or 4-year college degree preferred. Related business classes and / or college courses beneficial. Proven experience as a bookkeeper or financial management skills required. Must have experience with accounting software (Sage preferred). Experience with Crystal Reports a plus. A good understanding and application of accounting fundamentals.
Physical Demands
Most of the activity required for this position is conducted from the desk so there is a considerable amount of time sitting and interfacing with a computer, mouse and keyboard. May need to occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
Office area conditions include working independently with minimal supervision and in conjunction with other staff members.
Rate of Pay : Rate of pay is based upon experience and tenure according to company pay schedule, with credit given for work time and experience outside of Grayback Forestry, Inc.
