Department : Psychological Services

Reports To : MA Behavior Specialist / Coordinator of Psychological Services

Employment Type : Non-Exempt

Starting Wage : $52,000 / year

Your Core Responsibilities :

Conduct initial and annual psychological assessments.

Oversee emotional data collection and supervise data entry.

Deliver crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies.

Train agency staff on behavior supports and psychological services.

Attend meetings, trainings, and planning sessions.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support program needs.
