Reports To : MA Behavior Specialist / Coordinator of Psychological Services
Employment Type : Non-Exempt
Starting Wage : $52,000 / year

Your Core Responsibilities :
Assessment & PlanningConduct initial and annual psychological assessments.
Collaborate with IDT to develop behavior goals and intervention methods.Participate in Personal Futures Plan development and implementation.Data Management & ReportingOversee emotional data collection and supervise data entry.
Observe and document behaviors to inform service planning.Provide feedback to supervisory staff on individual and facility concerns.Behavioral & Crisis SupportDeliver crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies.
Secure Human Rights Committee and Informed Consent approvals.Implement and monitor behavior support services that uphold safety and dignity.Training & ConsultationTrain agency staff on behavior supports and psychological services.
Consult with team members, volunteers, and external providers.Accompany individuals to community-based appointments as needed.Team Participation & ComplianceAttend meetings, trainings, and planning sessions.
Maintain compliance with policies, incident reporting, and emergency protocols.Other DutiesPerform additional duties as assigned to support program needs.
What You Bring :
Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.Minimum one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.Must meet Lifetime Assistance's Vehicle Operator Requirements (if applicable).Ability to interpret policies and regulatory standards.Proficient in report writing and documentation.Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with individuals, families, and providers.Must pass all required background checks and clearances.Our Mission & Culture :
