Kforce has a client in need of an ERP Program Manager in Wilmington, MA.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the ERP transformation program, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Manage multiple concurrent projects
• Serve as the primary liaison, ensuring accountability and transparency
• Maintain continuity of operations while driving transformation
• Ensure service-oriented architecture principles are followed across systems
• Provide hands-on program management, including detailed planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and operational teams
• Hold vendors accountable for delivery, quality, and scope
