Oracle Hwsec Team Operations Manager

Own HWSEC team operations, construct and maintain roadmaps and intake queue. Collaborate with other groups to ensure effective intake, manage dependencies, compliance, and act as the first line of defense. Own slack channels meant for interface with the rest of Oracle, triage incoming issues, accept / reject or assign to the right SMEs, and provide HWSEC policy guidance to other teams. Manage tenancies owned by HWSEC and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include managing the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget / spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. • Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
