F-35 Degrader Action Lead

A company is looking for a F-35 Degrader Action Cell Lead - Level 4.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects focused on sustainment improvements and cost-reduction initiatives for the F-35 fleet

Investigate and analyze performance degraders, supply chain posture, and maintenance practices to recommend actionable solutions

Drive project lifecycles end-to-end from identification and triage through solution development, implementation, and closure

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects

Strong background in logistics and engineering related to aircraft maintenance

Ability to prepare and deliver briefings to executive leadership and stakeholders

Familiarity with maintenance planning and optimization

Experience in analyzing technical data and project impacts
