Job descriptionAssess case viability by gathering evidence (medical records, witness statements, accident reports) and analyzing liability. Develop litigation strategies for cases involving car accidents, medical malpractice, slips / falls, or product liability. Communicate clearly with clients to manage expectations and provide empathetic support during sensitive legal processes. Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and court proceedings, including trials and arbitrations. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda for state / federal courts. Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to build robust cases. Secure fair compensation through contingency-based settlements, often resolving cases without trial. Navigate complex insurance claims and advocate for maximum recovery. Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the Virginia Bar. Experience in personal injury litigation, with a focus on plaintiff-side representation. Proven success in trial advocacy, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software. Strong analytical and communication skills to distill complex issues for clients and juries.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range : $150,000–$175,000 annually
