Job descriptionSocial Media Content Creation : Design engaging visuals, animations, and videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. Video Production & Editing : Capture and edit promotional videos, jobsite walkthroughs, and employee spotlights to elevate our brand presence. Motion Graphics : Design and animate compelling motion graphics and videos optimized for web, mobile, and social media. On-Site Content Creation : Travel to jobsites to capture real-time content for marketing and social media. UX / UI Design : Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for internal and external digital platforms. Graphic Design : Develop and design digital and printed materials, execute proposals, create branding assets, design presentations, and produce marketing collateral. Brand Innovation : Bring a fresh perspective to branding, storytelling, and audience engagement within the construction industry. Collaboration : Work closely with the team to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visual content. Storytelling : Develop compelling storyboards and create narratives that resonate with our audience. Event Marketing : Assist in the planning, design, and execution of marketing materials for company events to enhance brand visibility. Additional Responsibilities : Manage merchandising inventory, place orders, and ensure promotional materials are up to date. 1-3 years of experience in a design-related role (internships count!). Bachelor Degree in a Design-related field (Graphic, Product, UX / UI, Multimedia Design) Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Knowledge of UX / UI design principles (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools). Social media savvy—understanding of trends, engagement tactics, and branding. Strong organizational skills—ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
