Support Engineer III

JOB DESCRIPTION

Description :

As a Reliability Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks throughout the facility. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast paced, start-up like environment.

To be successful you need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while showing the highest standards of execution.

Key job responsibilities

Perform Design Verification Test on component level (power regulators, serial interfaces, etc.) using oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, etc.

Setup equipment and run environmental tests in thermal and TVAC chambers

Operation of environmental test chambers (Thermal cycling, vacuum, HALT / HASS)

Install instrumentation on various types of hardware and fixtures

Execute electronic test procedures that part of a system level testing

Create reports using collected test data

Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated

Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems

Write and / or modify Python scripts

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

environmental test chambers experience

install instrumentation on hardware and fixtures

execute electronic test procedures for component and system level testing
