Job descriptionPerform accurate data entry for patient accounts and cases Update account information from medical billers Provide customer service support for overflow tasks Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation Strong and accurate data entry skills Previous experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office , email, and web-based applications Ability to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and customer service skills Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities Dependable with a strong work ethic Working with databases or CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus) Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry Understanding of challenges associated with patients' medical conditions
Patient Access Specialist
Location : Onsite in Arizona (No remote options)
Pay : $21 / hour
Start Date : December 8, 2025
Type : Temp-to-Hire (Potential for permanent role based on performance & attendance)
Shift Details
- Monday–Friday : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM AZ time (or 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM during DST
- Candidates must be fully available for both timeframes as shifts adjust with Daylight Savings.
