We're seeking a dynamic and committed Client Relations Manager (CRM) for our West Chester, OH. The CRM will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, managing the client intake process, maintaining client satisfaction, and coordinating the caregiver schedule. This role requires excellent sales, problem-solving, critical thinking, and organization skills.
1. Drive and meet monthly sales targets while maintaining and growing current revenue streams.
2. Manage and track referral sources, and handle new client referrals using ClearCare.
3. Meet with potential new clients for initial consultations on services, complete client agreements, and handle all associated paperwork.
4. Ensure complete customer satisfaction, manage Home Care Pulse scores.
5. Collaborate with team members to address complaints, schedule changes, and other pertinent information.
6. Manage and maintain the homecare schedule, ensuring consistency and appropriate matching of caregivers.
Note : This role requires to be on-call for one weekend per month to ensure quality of care.
