We are seeking a part-time Data & Research Administrator for a company in the construction data and business development sector . This role supports the sales team by conducting research, validating data, and organizing industry and competitive insights to drive business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Research and validate data from industry-wide tools that monitor construction activities within the market.
• Update and maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring organized, accurate, and accessible information.
• Track and document competitive insights, providing updates to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Oversee data management processes to generate and maintain dashboard outputs.
