Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence. Conduct regular and random patrols of the location and perimeter to help deter unwanted or suspicious activity. Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns observed during patrols within the financial institution environment. Assist visitors, employees, and / or contractors with inquiries or directions, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Support access control procedures to help deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas. Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents, observations, and / or activities as required by Allied Universal and site policies. Collaborate with onsite personnel and first responders during emergencies or critical situations. Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
