Work ExperienceMandatory :

• Requires 10years SharePoint Administrator / End User experience
• Requires previous experience administering SharePointSecurity and Permissions for all site content and 140users
• Requires experience with maintainingbackups and assistance with restoration
• Requires experience with maintaining file sizelimitations and quotas
• Requires previousexperience with understanding and incorporating new tools andfunctionality needs to fulfill business requirements
• Requires experience in creating tutorials spreadsheetsand other guides for office use
• RequiresDrupal experience
• Requires previous experiencein designing icons animations banners and other various types ofgraphics for both agency website and SharePoint pages
• Requires previous experience with Web ContentAdministration and Web Development Support
• Requires familiarity with Microsoft Power Applicationsand Microsoft Lists
• Requires familiarity withGoogle Analytics

ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIE S

• TheKnowledge Management Specialists shall be responsible for managingthe flow of information within OBP. This is includes strengtheninglinks between knowledge sharing and information systems andimproving integration among them The Specialist shall work with avariety of different CISA offices and individuals to ensure thatOBP personnel has access to the knowledge needed to do their jobseffectively.
• The Knowledge ManagementSpecialists shall also be tasked with administering SharePointSecurity and Permissions for all site content developing new waysto capture store and share knowledge OBP.

This includes creatingdatabases or other digital tools to help OBP personnel findinformation quickly and easily.

WORK HOURS

Contractor employees shall generally perform all workbetween the hours of 0800 and 1700 EST Monday through Friday(except Federal holidays).

However there may be occasions whenContractor employees shall be required to work other than normalbusiness hours including weekends and holidays to fulfillrequirements under this SOW.

TRAVEL REQUIRED

Government outside the local commuting area(s) will bereimbursed to the Contractor in accordance with the Federal TravelRegulations.

The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining CORapproval (electronic mail is acceptable) for all reimbursabletravel in advance of incurring travel expenses.

All associatedrequirements with travel will be conducted in Huntsville AlabamaUSA. If applicable the contractor will be required to travel from1110 North Glebe Road Alexandria VA 22201 to future identifiedlocations within Huntsville Alabama USA.

Travel will not exceed atotal of five (5) trips per authorized / exercised period ofperformance following the Base Year.
