Job Description & Requirements Specialty : NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 22 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type : Travel Facility : Riverside Community Hospital Address : 4445 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92501 Positions : RN – NICU (675) / 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM / 13 Weeks (956285) RN – NICU (675) / 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM / 13 Weeks (960232) Position Requirements : MUST HAVE LEVEL III NICU EXPERIENCE Key Skills : Assist with intubations & ventilators independently Procedural & surgical bedside skills (UAC / UVC / PICC, Broviac insertion, minor surgical procedures) IV insertion, phlebotomy, NG / NJ tube insertion & feeding Chest tube & wound / ostomy care Ophthalmology exams, lumbar punctures, Exchange Transfusion assistance Emergency cart, defibrillator, and NICU equipment competency Preferred : Experience with high-risk deliveries Certifications : NRP, BLS, PALS Floating Areas : Nursery & Pediatrics Schedule & Call : Every other weekend, call if low census Shift length : 12 hours Weekly hours : 36 Dress Code : Dark blue scrubs Personality Fit : Adaptable, team player, gregarious HCRR About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
