Maintenance Supervisor for our Wichita KS. Packaging facility.

Job Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Supervisor is a 1st Shift , hourly position Pay depending on overall experience responsible for the daily maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and upgrades of the facility while overseeing technicians’ activities and assignments.

o Plans and monitors the timely completion of maintenance work orders

o Maintains cost-effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs with quality improvement and cost reduction ideas

o Maintains adequate inventories of spare parts and purchased materials, parts, and supplies as required

Qualifications

Industrial Multi craft individual

Strong industrial electrical with fabrication and mechanical maintenance skills preferred.

o Ability to utilize the information learned to determine the best course of action in a timely manner
