Role Overview : Trainee Agent
As a Trainee Agent, your primary responsibility will be to enhance sales and revenue by effectively promoting our insurance products to prospective clients.
Beyond sales duties, you'll collaborate closely with our business leader, gaining insights into successful business operations.
This role is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to transition into a leadership position down the line.
Salary Range
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Identify and Secure Sales Opportunities : Proactively identify and secure sales opportunities, ensuring client needs are met.
- Policy Oversight and Continuous Assistance : Oversee insurance policies and provide ongoing assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Risk Evaluation and Protection Planning : Evaluate risks and develop effective protection plans for clients, safeguarding their assets.
- Compliance with Regulations : Ensure strict adherence to industry rules and regulations, maintaining ethical and legal standards.
- Sales and Marketing Strategies : Formulate effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Continuous Skill Enhancement : Commit to continuous learning and skill development to excel in the role.

Requirement
- Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Readiness to obtain State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
