Marketplace SEO & Merchandising Manager

We're seeking an experienced Marketplace SEO & Merchandising Manager to own and scale our marketplace content strategy across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and emerging retailers. You'll be responsible for optimizing product visibility, driving conversion through content and promotions, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. This role blends technical SEO expertise with creative merchandising strategy to deliver measurable growth across our ecommerce marketplace footprint. Reports into the Director of Marketplace. This role is part of our remote HQ. We operate in a fully remote, high-trust environment and come together quarterly for off-sites to connect in person.

In this role, you will :

• Optimize marketplace SEO (titles, bullets, A+ content, keyword strategy) to improve visibility and organic ranking.
• Manage ongoing content refreshes and run A / B tests to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Build and execute a promotions and deal calendar across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart to maximize seasonal campaigns and retailer events.
• Monitor performance through analytics and reporting dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth.
• Ensure cross-retailer merchandising consistency to maintain brand voice and leverage learnings across platforms.
• Partner with creative, marketing, and supply chain teams to align marketplace strategies with broader business objectives.
• Lead onboarding and optimization of new retail marketplace partners.
