Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving customer experience metrics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations and projects

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a competitive or challenging environment

Experience with data analysis, including SQL and Excel

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across various teams

Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to problem-solving

Proven ability to guide priority projects and align partners effectively
