We are seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multi-site medical group. As the Clinic Operations Manager, you’ll supervise cross-functional teams, partner with executive leadership on operational strategy, and ensure seamless coordination between clinical and administrative departments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor supervisors and frontline staff, focusing on performance, training, and career development.
- Oversee clinic operations including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics, using data to inform improvements and drive accountability.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations as well as internal policies.
- Manage audits, reporting, and operational readiness across all sites.
- Partner with leadership to streamline workflows, implement change management initiatives, and ensure sustainability of new processes.
- Manage clinic budgets, supply inventory, and vendor relationships to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison during emergencies, ensuring continuity of care and safety.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare or medical group setting.Strong background in supervising both clinical and front-office staff.Proven ability to lead through change and deliver measurable improvements.Experience with compliance audits and operational reporting.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methods a plus.Multilingual skills (Spanish, Korean, Armenian, Russian, or others) highly valued.Excellent benefits : Details to follow…
