Physician Assistant (PA) – Elko, NV | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | 4-Day Workweek

Premise Health  is seeking a  Full-Time Physician Assistant  to join our on-site health center in  Elko, Nevada , serving employees and their dependents. This is a unique opportunity to work a  Friday–Monday schedule  with extended hours on weekdays and shorter shifts on weekends, offering excellent  work-life balance .

Schedule :

• Friday & Monday :  8 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday :  8 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM
