Your Role :

As a Production Assembler, you'll be at the heart of crafting top-notch windows and doors. Your responsibilities will include assembling various components, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment. Competitive Pay :

Start your journey with us at an attractive hourly rate of $22.00 . Work hours are Monday through Friday, beginning at 6 : 00 .

Responsibilities

  • Craftsmanship at Its Best : Assemble vinyl window and door components with precision, following detailed work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Fiberglass Expertise : Dive into our Fiberglass window and door department and showcase your skills!
  • Tools of the Trade : Skillfully operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and screw guns to cut, fasten, and assemble parts with finesse.
  • Quality Assurance : Inspect finished products meticulously to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
  • Organized Efficiency : Keep your workspace clean and organized, fostering productivity and safety.
  • Safety First : Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Team Collaboration : Work harmoniously with team members to achieve production goals and exceed expectations.
  • Proactive Reporting : Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Versatility in Action : Embrace additional duties as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and commitment.

Qualifications

  • Educational Foundation : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Advantage : Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus, but not a requirement. We welcome motivated individuals ready to learn!
  • Blueprint Brilliance : Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints, with comprehensive training provided.
  • Dexterity & Coordination : Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination are key to success.
  • Tool Mastery : Safely and effectively use hand and power tools to achieve precision in your work.
  • Detail-Oriented : Exceptional attention to detail ensures the highest quality in every product.
  • Team Player & Independent Worker : Thrive independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Physical Resilience : Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Communication Skills : Good communication skills to facilitate teamwork and productivity.
