We are expanding our regional presence and seeking an experienced attorney licensed in Virginia and ideally Maryland to join our First Party Property team.Position OverviewWere looking for a First Party Property Attorney with a proven track record handling property insurance claims. This is a fully remote position, ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment and enjoys working collaboratively across state lines.ResponsibilitiesHandle a caseload of first party property insurance claims from start to finishDraft pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondenceRepresent clients at depositions, mediations, and hearingsMaintain consistent communication with clients and team membersWork effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervisionQualificationsActive license and good standing with the Virginia Bar (required)Maryland Bar license (strongly preferred)Minimum 2 years of First Party Property experience (required)Excellent research, writing, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlinesComfortable using modern legal and case management technologyCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $100,000 $125,000, commensurate with experienceFully remote, flexible work arrangementSupportive and growth-oriented team cultureOngoing opportunities for professional development
