Job descriptionFamily-owned, people-first culture with an exceptionally low turnover rate (under 2%). Competitive base salary : $75,000–$80,000 . Group Sales Manager – Fort Lauderdale, FL
If you thrive on closing group business and love hotels with personality, this one will feel like home.
We’re representing a respected hotel in Fort Lauderdale that’s ready to hire a Group Sales Manager who knows how to build relationships, drive revenue, and deliver memorable group experiences. This isn’t your typical corporate gig. Decisions happen fast. Culture matters. Leadership values results, but they value people more.
What You’ll Do
- Lead group sales efforts across corporate, association, and leisure segments.
- Develop new business while nurturing repeat group accounts.
- Work hand-in-hand with operations and revenue leaders to hit goals and deliver seamless experiences.
- Represent a property that blends independence with professionalism.
