We are seeking a highly skilled individual to take on the crucial role of maintaining the design and integrity of our internal systems and applications. The role involves overseeing both hosted and cloud environments while providing technical assistance to team members for system hardware, software, and network-related queries. This position plays a pivotal role in the administration, management, and support of our technology systems and services.
Responsibilities :
- Provide first-tier technology support to end users.
- Evaluate and prioritize requests for assistance, addressing issues related to hardware, software, networking, and other computer technologies.
- Repair, upgrade, and configure desktop computers, servers, and office peripherals.
- Log and track assistance requests, maintaining comprehensive records and related problem documentation.
- Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.
- Refer more complex problems to third-party vendors, consultants, or appropriate managers.
- Ensure that vendor-supported software is properly maintained on all technology assets.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain, upgrade, and configure network hardware and software components to meet performance objectives.
- Configure directory structures, rights, controls, and software on technology assets to ensure proper security.
- Manage day-to-day systems and information security operations.
- Add and maintain users on the network, assigning application access and ensuring privileges align with established standards.
- Ensure disaster preparedness through the implementation of data backup, recovery, and associated procedures.
- Perform regular monitoring of systems according to established guidelines.
- Provide detailed reports to management based on monitoring results.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in systems administration and technology support.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.Knowledge of network hardware, software, and security protocols.Familiarity with disaster recovery procedures and data backup processes.
