Overview
We're seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in graphic design and social media management. The ideal candidate will be able to balance design creativity with marketing strategy, while also assisting in the preparation of RFQs / RFPs and client-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
- Support business development efforts through targeted marketing materials and proposals.
Graphic Design
Design and produce visual assets including brochures, flyers, trade show materials, ads, and digital graphics.Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials.Collaborate with vendors, printers, and team members to ensure high-quality output.Social Media Management
Manage company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).Create and schedule engaging posts that reflect company culture and services.Monitor performance metrics and engagement, adjusting strategy as needed.Stay current with trends and best practices in digital marketing and social platforms.RFQ / Proposal Support
Prepare and organize RFQ and RFP responses, including company resumes, project sheets, and qualifications.Design and format proposal documents to align with branding standards.Collaborate with estimating and business development teams to ensure timely, professional submissions.Maintain a library of proposal templates and marketing collateral for future use.Content & Communication
Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy, press releases, and website content.Update company website.Assist with internal communications, event coordination, and sponsorship opportunities.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.2-5 years of marketing experience.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).Experience managing social media and content creation tools.Excellent writing, organization, and time management skills.Experience preparing RFQs / RFPs a strong plus.Preferred Traits
