We are working directly with the hiring team at one of our enterprise clients to fill this position. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience (preferably in an enterprise environment or high volume environment) who is looking to gain valuable exposure, deepen their operational skills, and get a strong career kickstart within procurement and vendor management.
We are seeking a Junior Procurement Analyst to support high-volume vendor engagements and ensure smooth, accurate execution of procurement and vendor assurance activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This role is a blend of customer service, data entry, and systems support, with heavy reliance on tools such as Outlook and enterprise procurement systems.
Responsibilities :
Administer and facilitate interactions with third-party vendors, ensuring all required manual steps are accurately completed.Support hundreds of vendor engagements weekly (up to ~5,000 engagements annually) with precise data management and timely follow-through.Ensure all vendor assurance processes are followed and documented appropriately.Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across procurement systems such as Archer or ProcessUnity (experience preferred but not required; training provided).Manage tasks primarily through enterprise systems, email, and Outlook, with minimal phone communication.Provide strong customer service to internal teams and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.Maintain organization in a high-volume workflow, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.Utilize Excel and data organization skills to support reporting and tracking activities.Minimum Requirements :
2+ years of related experience in customer service, data entry, or systems support preferably in an enterprise environment.Strong Excel skills and the ability to organize and analyze data effectively.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to self-start with limited supervision.Strong written communication skills; comfort working primarily through email-based interactions.Ability to stay organized while managing large volumes of tasks and engagements.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured processes, values accuracy, and enjoys supporting critical vendor management operations behind the scenes.
