Responsibilities :

Greet clients, answer incoming calls, and manage high-volume scheduling

Handle billing questions, membership inquiries, and service upgrades

Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on client needs

Maintain accurate records of appointments, client profiles, and visit history

Resolve concerns quickly with tact, professionalism, and a hospitality-first mindset

Assist with front office presentation, light administrative duties, and coordination with management

Requirements :
