Plaintiff Litigation Attorney | Kendall / Pinecrest / Dadeland

An established and growing plaintiff-side firm in the Kendall / Pinecrest / Dadeland Area is seeking a talented Attorney  to join its team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for advancement to partnership for a driven litigator eager to take on meaningful work and grow with the firm.

What They’re Looking For

3–10 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or complex civil litigation

First-chair or strong second-chair trial experience required

Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy skills

Willingness to travel as needed across the Southeast U.S. for hearings, depositions, and trials

Excellent research, writing, and case management abilities

Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

Manage all phases of litigation from intake through trial and appeal

Serve as lead or supporting counsel in jury and non-jury trials

Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs

Work closely with clients to deliver compassionate, results-driven representation

Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high-value and complex cases

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $135,000 – $200,000+ commensurate with experience
