Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Tukwila, Washington State. Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a Program Manager of multiple subsystems including the Flight Deck Avionics and Mission Computing Hardware on the USAF E-7A Mission Systems team. The E-7A program is a critical program for Boeing delivering differentiating capability to the warfighter with significant growth potential. The Flight Deck Avionics subsystem is a subsystem of the E-7A Mission System responsible for the procurement, integration, qualification, and certification of the defense application within the flight deck. The Mission Computing Hardware subsystem is responsible for the procurement, integration, qualification, and certification of the computing system. This manager will be responsible for leading the total program execution for these systems while building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities :
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position is for 1st shift. This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Typical Education / Experience : Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.) This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range : $168,300 - $227,700 Applications for this position will be accepted until Oct. 30, 2025.
