Data Center Supplier Management Manager

A company is looking for a Data Center Business Operations & Supplier Management Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Supplier Account Management (SAM) team, ensuring high performance and collaboration

Manage strategic supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives

Oversee supplier performance tracking and act as an escalation point for unresolved supplier issues

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in managing supplier management teams or vendor relationships

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team

Deep understanding of contracts and experience working with legal teams

Strategic thinker with operational rigor to align suppliers with business goals

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
