AP Manager

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager for a global logistics company in Seattle. This role will oversee AP operations in a shared services environment, manage invoice processing, payments, and expense reporting through systems such as SAP Concur, IFS, NetSuite, and AS400. They will lead a local AP team member, coordinate with remote shared services staff, and drive process efficiency while ensuring compliance with financial policies. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and technical system expertise are essential.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in AP, ideally in a multinational environment
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Strong large-scale systems experience
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

Salary Range : $100-125k
