Lead Product Engineer – Materia AI

Location : Eagan, Minnesota, United States
Position Summary :
Symbiotic Services is seeking a Lead Product Engineer to develop and deliver high-impact features within the Materia AI platform. This position requires both technical depth and product sense to shape user-centric solutions powered by AI technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end product engineering efforts, from architecture through deployment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including design, AI / ML, and product to define technical solutions.
- Design scalable, maintainable code with performance and security in mind.
- Drive technical direction and decision-making for your engineering team.
- Foster collaboration, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
- Support the roadmap and strategy through accurate technical estimations and thoughtful feedback.
