Job Overview :

The Health & Safety Compliance Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety programs across all field and shop operations. This role ensures compliance with OSHA standards, internal safety policies, and client-specific requirements. The manager will lead training initiatives, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and collaborate with project managers and foremen to foster a culture of safety and accountability.

Key Responsibilities :

Safety Program Oversight

• Maintain and update company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 10 / 30, PIT, rigging, and lockout / tagout training requirements.
• Oversee onboarding safety orientation and annual refresher training via Mineral and PowerPoint.
