Essential Job Functions
- Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Serve Idaho Grants Officer and Financial Specialist.
- Generate and maintain accurate financial documentation in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Perform all work duties and activities per Serve Idaho policies and procedures.

Ability to document financial dataAbility to read and analyze policies, procedures, and government regulations.Ability to operate office equipment and computer programs. Specific skill in using MS Office Suite, particularly : Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as Adobe PDF and department-specific software.Ability to apply tact and good judgment.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public and co-workers.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
Minimum
Some knowledge of financial record-keepingExperience using computers to enter, retrieve, and edit financial dataOr any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the equivalent necessary for satisfactory job performance.Legally authorized to work in the US.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to see well enough to read standard text with or without corrective lenses.Ability to hear, with or without hearing support devices, well enough to converse on the telephone.Ability to speak well enough to verbally converse with others, especially on the telephone.Sufficient manual dexterity to write and operate office machines.WORK ENVIRONMENT
