Job Description : The Role :

The Life Sciences Team at Entegris Logan manufactures single use assemblies that are utilized by our Bioprocessing customers for convenient filling, handling, and transferring of media, buffer solutions, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). In this role, you will work in a clean room environment and execute tasks such as operating bag-making machines and conducting various forms of testing on finished products by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality standards.

What You'll Do :

Provide support to Operations Supervisor with assigned tasks to include receipt of procured goods, quality inspection and logistics. Monitors and replaces consumable materials .

Performs setups, change overs, calibrations and process troubleshooting . Monitors equipment performance and adjusts to maintain product quality. Performs preventive maintenance as trained by maintenance technician.

Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.

Effective communication skills for training, reporting, and collaborating with team members and management.

Performs duties in a safe manner that protects self, other employees and equipment from harm or exposure. Maintains and promotes a clean and safe work area.

Promotes, follows and holds others accountable to safety policies, procedures and programs. Responds to safety concerns; investigates and resolves potential hazards.

Leads and performs various operations on the product in accordance with the work orders and information instructions. Ensures inspections of products and corrective action are taken when necessary. Oversees the v erification of the work order, part number, batch numbers and the case quantity to the work order and the packaging specifications. Ensures all product is packaged per packaging specifications.

Records data per process work instructions.

Identifies, receives and escalates quality issues appropriately. Ensures highest possible product quality and promotes adherence to the quality system, ISO and / or other standards.

Serves as a resource and c ommunicates key and detailed messages to employees. Promotes effective communication between employees during and at shift changes. Assists with and conducts shift and other meetings .

Provide subject matter expertise and coaching for the processes and equipment responsible.

Identifies and recommends process improvements to improve product quality and enhance processes.

Promotes and implements use of continuous improvement tools to eliminate non-value activities. Participates actively in continuous improvement activities such as 6s , Gemba Walks and EHS&S.

What We Seek :

Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship

At least five (5) years' experience working in a manufacturing and / or clean room assembly setting preferred.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance. Understand documented processes and procedures.

Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team setting.

Ability to use measuring devices and repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Adherence to cleanroom attire standards is required.

Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift duration outside of break-scheduled times.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to be used at all times. This includes the use of safety glasses.

This role involves repetitively pinching and grasping hand tools, as well repetitively twisting and bending.
