Regional Account Manager (Opticians for Outside Sales)

Job Summary :

Rolf Spectacles from Weißenbach am Lech has been making unique, sustainable spectacle frames from natural materials such as wood, beans, and stone for 15 years. We produce eyewear from the finest natural materials that are distinctive, innovative, and highlight the personality of the wearer. With every Rolf frame with thrive to leave that planet a better place than we found it.

Rolf is seeking an energetic Regional Account Manager with a proven entrepreneurial mindset to represent its optical frame and sunglass collections to eye care practitioners. We are expanding and are looking to welcome motivated, talented individuals who are eager to be a part of something extraordinary! The territory is the Metropolitan Area, Massachusetts, and Maryland. This position requires 100% travel with face-to-face interaction, strong cold calling skills, and strong relationship building.

Minimum Qualifications :

• At least 1-2 years of successful experience in outside sales (optical background preferred, but not required).
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Proven history of meeting sales targets and growing market share.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proficient with computers, and effective in time management.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Motivated, creative thinker with a passion for achieving success.
• Experience in administrative tasks.
• Excellent mathematical skills and numerical recognition.
• Ability to interact professionally with both corporate and non-corporate teams.
• Skilled in delivering sales presentations.
