Requirements : Duties :
Assist customer in ascertaining their automotive needs and advising them of repair options while assisting customer with any questions or concerns through the invoice process.Consult with customer on applicable service specials.Gather and decode customer information to effectively and accurately relay concerns to technicians.Document services declined and advise customer of current and future needs to their vehicle.Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices at all times.Maintain excellent CSI scores through constant communication with customers during and after service visits to satisfy all customer needs.Build strong relationships with the customers.Requirements : Duties :
Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsProficient computer skills for creating work orders and maintaining recordsValid driver's license and clean driving recordWilling to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background checkNote : This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
