Compensation Analyst Sr

Responsibilities

Facilitates and leads discussions with leaders to identify compensation solutions based on business unit needs. Leads system-wide projects related to compensation strategic initiatives. Provides guidance and direction to other compensation team members on projects and training. Reviews and performs complex salary benchmarking analyses (e.g., executive, physician, or APP compensation programs). Ensures compensation practices adhere to legal requirements and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications / Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compensation analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate, facilitate, navigate and influence discussions with all levels of stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and qualitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to lead projects from start to finish.
• Proven consulting experience with a strong understanding of compensation, total rewards practices and legislation.

Shift Hours : 8 : 30 to 5 : 00 pm

Shift : Shift 1 (1 = days, 2 = evenings, 3 = nights, 4 = varies)

Weekend Work : None

On Call : No

Remote Work : Hybrid
