Responsibilities
Facilitates and leads discussions with leaders to identify compensation solutions based on business unit needs. Leads system-wide projects related to compensation strategic initiatives. Provides guidance and direction to other compensation team members on projects and training. Reviews and performs complex salary benchmarking analyses (e.g., executive, physician, or APP compensation programs). Ensures compensation practices adhere to legal requirements and regulations.
