• 70+ bed hospital with a 23-bed ICU
• Light critical care load : typically 1-2 vented patients per month
• Flexible hours with strong work-life balance
• Onsite call burden is low thanks to a strong hospitalist team
• Advanced technology, including robotic bronchoscopy
• New physician has potential to also practice doing some Sleep Disorders
