The Project Manager Position
The Project Manager organizes and oversees construction procedures to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Major responsibilities include collaborating with the project team (internal and external), negotiating contracts with vendors, obtaining permits and licenses, determining resources for the project, and planning overall construction operations throughout the project.
Strong organizational skills and an analytical mind are a must in this role, as the goal is to ensure projects are delivered on time according to requirements, without exceeding budget.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities of the Project Engineer
- Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or similar degree is highly preferred
- Prior Experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Familiarity with Quality, Health, and Safety Standards
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with Construction and Project Manager Software
- Outstanding Communication and Negotiation skills
- PMP or an Equivalent Certification is preferred
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure of the Project Manager
The position is full-time and permanent, with a competitive salary structure based on skills and experience. In addition, the Company offers a profit sharing plan, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Company vehicle, and a collaborative team-based work environment.
