Position Description

• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. US Citizenship Required.

Develops, documents, implements, provides consultation on the application of, and ensures compliance with, requirements for use of engineering tools, processes and standards. Provides training and assistance in the utilization of processes and tools and supports the integration of engineering designs. Ensures regulatory requirements are met. Identifies and validates user access roles, produces tip sheets and understands system interoperability. Provides configuration management, coordinates changes, performs assessments of compliance and manages the implementation of product standards across company business units and programs. Represents company interests on external standards committees and develops, adapts and / or adopts external standards for internal use. Develops, maintains and distributes engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity. Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs. Works under general direction.

Position Responsibilities :

o Lead and engage with managers and programs to assess and review their Adaptive Planning requirements.

o Input planned requisition (PR) requests into the Adaptive Planning system.

o Input and maintain data in a tracker for candidate applications.

o Work closely with staffing focal points to review and evaluate resumes.

o Ensure that interviews are adequately supported by relevant managers.

o Attend and support candidate interview (as required)

o Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team to set up interviews.

o Manage the disposition of candidate's post-interview.

o Maintain an organized calendar of all scheduled interviews.

o Maintain an organized cadence for review of candidate resumes

This position is 100% onsite.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.

Applicants must have good communication, analytical, and organizational skills and enjoy working in a team environment

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
