We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills to manage the logistics of key sales accounts and to analyze market trends. This role bridges customer support, financial analysis, and data management to ensure a seamless customer experience, drive business decisions, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, and takes ownership of their work.
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Manage and analyze data mining and data consolidation projects on sales trends across multiple industry segments, including market types, regions, and product categories.
- Provide accurate and timely financial and operational reporting to support internal teams and external customers.
- Assist the sales department with sales reporting and market trend analysis to help create and track important market KPI's.
- Identify recurring issues or systemic trends that impact customer satisfaction or product performance.
- Automate recurring reports and improve data workflows for greater efficiency.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, finance, logistics, and manufacturing to resolve customer issues and streamline processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to support supply chain and logistics planning.
- Communicate customer requests and necessary SAP revisions to the order entry team and ensure orders are entered correctly in SAP.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or relevant experience.3–5 years minimum job experience.Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Proven experience in generating reports and dashboards.Understanding of financial principles and customer account management.Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.Must be detailed and organized.Previous experience with an ERP system is a plus (SAP).Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Customer Service experience is a plus.Bilingual Mandarin strongly preferred.Ability to maintain a positive relationship with team members and customers.Location
This position will be on‑site, based in Sugar Land, Texas.
