Who We Need :

We're looking for a Repair Technician / Technical Support Specialist to troubleshoot, analyze, and repair electronic products. You'll provide top-notch technical support and innovative solutions to our customers.

With over 50 years of experience, our client is a leader in safety systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Their products are trusted in over 50 countries, ensuring safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to customers
Perform repair, service, and evaluation activities
Issue and manage RMAs
Investigate customer complaints and nonconformities
Collect and evaluate data to improve support processes
Develop process documentation and work instructions
Maintain inventory control of repair components and tools
Recommend system / product upgrades

Requirements

Required :

Technical AS Degree / training or equivalent experience

Understanding of electronics principles and design

Mechanical and electrical aptitude

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Analog, Modbus, BACnet, Wireless, Relay logic)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Ability to understand wiring diagrams and schematics

Proficiency with tools (soldering equipment, multimeters, etc.)

Preferred :

Knowledge of HVAC, Security Systems, Fire Alarms, Building Controls

Understanding of sensor technologies (Electrochemical, Catalytic Bead, Infrared, Solid State)
