Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Support Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

Manage defects throughout the support lifecycle, including triaging and documenting for fixes

Improve product documentation for internal and external users

Collaborate with teams to build and enhance the automation testing suite and infrastructure

Required Qualifications

Experience with production-level codebases and debugging legacy code

Familiarity with programming tools such as Python (Django) and Typescript (React)

Experience with testing frameworks like Pytest, Cypress, and React Testing Library

Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide solutions

Open-mindedness and a desire for growth in quality assurance processes
