Urethane Molder - 2nd shift 10 hour shift - 4 day work week!

Monday - Thursday 2 : 30pm-12 : 30am (occasional OT on Fridays)

Molded Dimensions Group, headquartered in Port Washington WI, is a premier provider of molded rubber, urethane and plastic parts used in a variety of industries from heavy machines to small engines, marine, waste management, automotive, medical food processing, construction and mining, just to name a few. We are looking for a 2nd shift Molder (2 : 30pm-12 : 30am M-Th / occasional Friday OT)in our Urethane facility in Port Washington. This unique opportunity entails accurately mixing liquid resin, pouring mixture into heated molds and inspecting finished product. Preferred experience in molding or related industry, with manufacturing experience a plus.

General duties include :

• Set-up, mix, mold, assemble, and inspect molded products
• Prepare molds, inserts, and hardware for molding per work instructions and / or other criteria and per the production schedule.
• Mold all products per process sheets, work instructions and / or prints.
• Remove product and / or inserts from mold

Troubleshoot quality defects and make appropriate adjustments.
