Position Description

The Sr. Specialist, Systems Engineer will develop and maintain on-premise and cloud systems with a specific focus on application delivery and support.

Responsibilities

• Perform in a team leader role.  Acts as a resource for colleagues and mentors’ new hires.
• Design strategy and solutions for improving application availability, performance, and health.
• Resolve complicated product application support issues.
• Perform root cause investigations, determine remediations and implement solutions to prevent similar issues.
• Analyzes and troubleshoots reoccurring incidents and improve mean time to resolution or recommend corrective action(s).
• DevOps participant supporting application deployment and management
• Determine, define, and facilitate creation of processes required to keep application services available and within defined SLO’s or SLA’s.
• Facilitate Disaster Recovery documentation creation, maintenance, and automation.
• Provide evidence in support of annual audits

Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$110,400 - $184,000
