- Support daily operations and service delivery : Partner with management to enhance processes, ensure compliance with best practices, and drive continuous improvement through data insights.
- Assist in new service implementation : Coordinate setup and expansion of customer accounts in collaboration with Field Implementation Managers.
- Engage with customers and teams : Embody a service-first mindset—communicating clearly, remaining adaptable, and providing reliable, hands-on support across locations.
- Operate within a flexible field-based environment : Travel within approximately a 60-mile radius to support client sites, including occasional evening or weekend events.
- Qualifications : High school diploma and 1+ year of relevant experience required; proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred; strong communication, adaptability, and customer service orientation essential.
